I worked as the First Assistant Director (1st AD) on this film, managing a team of 15 crew members and 3 cast members over a three-day night shoot. I was responsible for creating call sheets, scheduling, and coordinating the workflow across all departments. During pre-production, I handled risk assessments and planning.

The biggest challenge on this shoot was that it was shot during the summer in London. Nights were extremely short and we had an extensive shot list to go through. Keeping the crew productive and engaged without overworking them was my main concern. I wanted the atmosphere on set to feel welcoming and harvest creativity. As a 1st AD, my priorities were that my director got his story told exactly how he envisioned it, and making sure that everyone on set was comfortable and safe.
